Glow draw

This is a real cool game but the only reason I rated three stars were because it the game or print does not GLOW!!! it only paints not glows but its still a good game but my question is if the game does not glow why is it called glow draw? Or is it just my screen or vision or thoughts that think it does not glow. ;-{
